Coaching in schools

Working in schools presents a different challenge for a coach from coaching in a sports club environment. This because schools are governed by different and often unique rules. Coaching which takes place in the school should follow these same rules so that children behave according to normal expectations.

If you are to coach in a school during the school day or even after school finishes, the following pages contain some useful ideas to make sure you are welcome in the school and invited back!
