The 'sell' style

We use the 'sell' style when:

  • During half time, the coach has just enough time to try to get the players thinking about what is needed to improve

When using the 'selling' style, the coach:

  • Decides on what is to be done
  • Explains what is required and the objectives
  • Asks the players questions to confirm understanding
  • Defines what to do and how to do it
