Star Hurdles, Hurdles Agility

Description

    With Hurdles Set out in a star shape The player stats at the middle cone and runs to the first hurdle; jumps over it, and then runs back to the middle Repeat all the way around the star.

Coaching Points

    Vary the distance between central cone and hurdles Make the exercise a time trial
