Shoulder stretch., Agility & Running Skills Rugby

Description

  • Bring both arms in front of the body.
  • Flex both arms, so that the elbows are tight against the lower chest area.
  • Bring both elbows together and also both hands.
  • Keeping elbows amd hands together, push arms out form the body.
  • Hold for 15 seconds and repete.
