Description
- Split the group into two even teams, preferably in two different colours.
- Working within a grid, organise the two team into two circles, one within the other.
- The inner circle to walk around in a clockwise direction and the outer circle to walk in an anti-clockwise direction, keeping at arms length apart.
- Both team walk until coach shouts ?jail break?.
- Once jail break, the inner team has to try and break out of the grid and score a try.
- The outer team has to stop them by tackling them.

What a fantastic tool. I've found a few drills that are unfamiliar, but that's to be expected after playing for 27 years. The Chalk Board and Session tools make an unbelievable difference in both time and organization.
