How to play

• Groups of five
• Grids 5m x 5m

The nominated defender must attempt to tackle the attacking
players. When tackled, a player must stand still, with both arms outstretched horizontally.

To make a tackled
player free, another attacking player must run under the
outstretched arms.

•Work for one minute, then change the
nominated defender.
